Thanks to the Hot-Cold-Dynamic® Adaptive technology, the machine automatically recognizes the quantity and type of mixture. It dynamically modulates the cold and hot gas, optimizing the heat exchange during freezing and avoiding burns during the processing cycle.

Pastomaster

The XPL Pastomasters are pasteurizers that are easy to use, simple to manage, and useful in any gelato production space.

The machine is equipped with an exchanger pump that ensures high micronization of fat globules to achieve creamy and stable gelato. It is also easier to manage minimum filling levels without running the risk of burning the mix thanks to the unique dry bain-marie system.

High micronization: The millimetric cup-beater coupling and the different mixing speeds reduce the fat globules to particularly fine sizes, from 2 to 5 microns, for a gelato that is more creamy and stable.
Superior efficiency allows working even with minimum batches without the risk of burning the mix. Furthermore, the original dry bain-marie system avoids product buildup.

Convenience: Thanks to the absence of a beater in the tank, when the lid is open it is possible to add ingredients while the mix continues to be blended, working in complete safety.

Hygiene: The spigot is completely removable, washable, and can be inspected for maximum machine hygiene.

KW-50 Whipped Topping Dispenser

Soft Serve

191 Classic

Fast, high-performance single-flavour counter-top soft serve machine to produce more than 250 servings of 75 g in one hour.

Thanks to the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. The system can either be pump-fed or gravity-fed, with overrun adjustment even with a full hopper. The gravity version, with 18-liter hopper capacity, allows up to 40% of overrun, for compact, dense gelato. The pump version, with 12-liter hopper capacity, can incorporate up to 80% of overrun, for a creamier gelato. The machine can be equipped with the Star Door that allows fitting the 18 different nozzles that can be purchased individually or in the optional kit.

You can customize the machine by choosing the colour and adding your logo to the plastic front panel.

The machine is air-cooled (water cooling optionally available).

It is possible to choose whether to equip the machine with the automatic self-pasteurization system, which allows scheduling the next machine washing at a maximum interval of 42 days.
