Aaron Equipment is a full service commercial foodservice equipment provider and installer. Specializing in ice machines, Carpigiani products, and general contracting, Aaron Equipment can be a turnkey partner for foodservice businesses and construction. We’ve been in business since 1984 are licensed and insured General Contractors in 47 states.
About The Owner
Edgar Pendley is a Nashville native, growing up just south of the city in Brentwood. He attended Johnston and Wales University, obtaining a culinary arts degree, as well as a degree in Food Service and Hospitality Management. Later he would also receive a Bachelors in Construction Management from MTSU.
He was the original Executive Chef for Urban Grub in the 12 South Neighborhood and continues to support them through partial ownership. Edgar has had the opportunity to cook at the James Beard House in New York, and is also known around the culinary scene in Nashville for his live fire, large scale cooking exhibits.
Edgar Pendley owns and operates a handful of businesses that revolve around commercial kitchen design and development. His unique culinary and educational background allows him to view challenges from both sides of the coin- from the builder’s perspective down to task execution by the end user.
